There are at least three daily flights from Saigon for 60 US Dollar one-way, as well as one daily flight from Rach Gia for 35 US Dollar one-way. The flight lasts one hour. During the high season (December to March) it's better to buy the flight tickets to Phu Quoc already in your home countries, otherwise you might face difficulties to get some, least at short-range.
Advice: You are not allowed to transport the famous fish-sauce "nuoc mam" by plane.
